Relationship building is a key component to the overall success of our students. At TeamCFA our teachers go above and beyond to engage students on a variety of levels by becoming familiar with their interests, unique challenges, and aspirations. We are aware that through their formal academic pursuits, students will encounter a variety of pedagogical styles. TeamCFA is also aware that students learn from different teaching styles but may have one style that best fits their needs. Therefore, while a particular student may have a preferred learning style, students must also learn to adapt to the styles of teaching that may not always be best suited for them.

Our role will be to train teachers to use various styles of presentation in the delivery of each lesson while being aware of and incorporating the type of instruction that best meets the needs of the students. We feel this sort of instructional background development will prepare each teacher to meet the needs of a variety of students and prepare the students for a variety of academic settings. TeamCFA pledges to offer each student the opportunity to:
